Seriously what the f**k... I am so annoyed its unreal. I get 4500 points and he gets 400. He got an Exotic called thunderlord.
RNG loot is okay but then this happens...

It's okay? It's more than okay, it's grand! IF every MVP is rewarded with the best gear then what hope to the rest of us, any of us, have at getting anything if someone better always gets the goods? Not much, we may have to adapt but some of us can't do that. But if the LVP or anyone else could get anything then all we simply have to do is keep player. Perhaps this is the games way of saying 'You're so dman good that you don't need an exotic'?

You're right. It's more about persistence and luck. So far I got about 8 legendary engrams in the crucible. Only 3 of them turned out to be legendary gear, and 4 of those times I only placed 3rd or 4th on the scoreboard. I do win a lot of in game medals and been using my dead orbit mark. The faction mark must have some influence because the 3 legendaries I got were all dead orbit gear: Crypt Dweller, Hide n Seek and Exodus plate.

I once got a legendary engram just for being by the murdercave. I wasn't even shooting at the enemies coming out of it. But when I decrypted it, it turned out to be a common Machine gun so the jokes on me I guess...

The idea exotics are even available for the crucible is a blatant crime, not to mention the loot system in general is just ridiculous, exotics and legendarys should've been only available through high level strikes, the raid, something difficult, not killing random and possibly unskilled/low leveled players in Crucible, or low level trash mobs in PVE that for some reason drop engrams like candy, where as bosses and high level things in strikes tend to drop less... I'd really like to know who decided the loot would work like this, because they obviously didn't talk to the guy that said "We want you to be able to tell an epic tale for every piece of gear you obtain".

I can't wait for the day that people can just play a game and not feel the need to gripe about every minute detail. Maybe we should all just try enjoying something for once?

Think of it this way. If the really good multiplayer guys got all the good rewards then it would just make it harder and harder for the other guys to compete. The random reward is the only really fair way at this point. Bungie said they were looking at it and it may change over time. Until they figure something out, I would have to say that this is the best way to go.

4 AntwortenIts random and I have been on both ends (im not very good at PVP). I have been bottom of my team and received nothing whilst everyone else in the team got something. I have been bottom of the team and received something whilst other didn't get something. I have also been top and got something, whilst others got nothing and vice versa. Moral of the story is random is random as infuriating as that can be. On the other hand though, i think a system should be in a place where the winning team gets more marks and rep, and also the top players get additional marks and reps too. So if you're the top player on a winning team you'll be getting a serious amount of reps and marks, whilst if you're the top player on the losing team, your efforts won't go unrewarded. I still think drops should remain random though.

I agree. I am the top player in 99% of games I play. I might not have a great overall K/D but in game I usually average 2+ every game. I am so sick and tired of scoring top and some noob who gets no kills or little kills can get a legendary engram for sucking ass. It does not reward good players which is stupid. I'm happy to help the noobs get better but that doesn't mean us good players shouldn't get any loot at all

He shows a clip of this guy streaming a raid he is playing with two random people and he gets the most kills and assists out of the three of them and is rewarded with shards or something while the other two got exotic gear. Also 4 times in a row I was on the top of the leader boards and my team won and got nothing 3 times and a uncommon helmet one time while people who got like 4 kills and 9 deaths and were second to last on the leader boards got legendary and exotic weapons or armor. RNG loot is NOT okay

I'm honestly ok with the random loot for the most part but... A guy joined as the last kill happened in my game and found a legendary. I mean it was an engram so he probably got a green but. These situations are the most annoying about RNG.

Think top player needs to recieve atleast something maybe an extra mark? Or some resources or coin?

The game is really flawed in the pvp area. People who suck should still get something but NOT legendaries from crucible as legendaries can be found on patrols and strikes. It makes no sense to carry your team and u get NOTHING! Sometimes ive played and my team won and nobody got anything :(
