Even though it was more RPG than shooter, I loved the Mass Effect series. Yeah, ME3's ending left much to be desired, but the overall franchise, was awesome. But I'm gonna say, mine was Borderlands. In a genre full of competitive multiplayer modes, it was fun and refreshing to play a coop and just run around causing mayhem with some pals!
