What was your most favorite shooter before Destiny
Even though it was more RPG than shooter, I loved the Mass Effect series. Yeah, ME3's ending left much to be desired, but the overall franchise, was awesome.
But I'm gonna say, mine was Borderlands. In a genre full of competitive multiplayer modes, it was fun and refreshing to play a coop and just run around causing mayhem with some pals! And I think it's that feel of teamwork and exploration I'm looking forward to the most with Destiny!

Borderlands 2, Reach, Mass Effect 3 is up there (that game was the best of the series, if you can get past the ending, and if you could save)[spoiler]Mordin/Legion/Thane, they killed all the good characters except Grunt, god they made me have the feels with Mordin singing and the sacrifice. Shit I'm playing that the week leading up to Destiny.[/spoiler] , and Star Wars Battlefront II.

I'll probably only play a handful of games in the Crucible to pass time until MCC is released. I'm well excited about the PvE side of Destiny though :)

Currently, Payday 2. So much teamwork, and when a heist goes smooth and quiet I have had many fun conversations. When it goes bad and loud, pure -blam!-ing chaos. All time favorite has to be Quake 2. So many crazy mods. Notable mentions Farcry 2 Blood Dragon, TF2.

Shadowrun on the Xbox360. That game was amazing and still is my favorite FPS of all time.

I see a lot of love for Halo, Borderlands, and Mass Effect. I enjoyed the latter because I used it to "trick" my friend to play a RPG, which he thought was for nerds. ME3's mp addition helped in that area too!
