4 AntwortenI like the extra work to set up a raid. Usually you just shout in the world channel and it would take mins-hours depending on criteria. Honestly I like this better because it'll mean less people with awesome armor and Weps. Hard work!! Some people #aintboutdatlife

People would get frustrated with it and come on here anyways to make a forum post looking for good players to raid with. Matchmaking would be nice, but realistically, it would be torture.

What they SHOULD do, is implement a chat function on the R3 inspection of a player. I.E - Click R3 on a player, hit "Options" among the list the should be "Initiate Chat" and then you can talk to them, see if they are good enough, and join up.

2 AntwortenThis is a very simplified form of this post but yes it is this easy. More than likely to try building a lasting raid team you would join a clan or just play with friends. A better example would be more like this. Casual Raider looking for Vault of Glass raid group Void Warlock (wow just thought to wonder if we will have a gear score stat) Available Mon Wed Thurs from 6-10pm EST on XB1 You do this maybe a clan recruits or you meet some guys to give it a try with rinse and repeat until you get the best mix of classes/subclasses and in a year we all faceroll the endgame.

Soooo let me just take a long time to find a bunch of random people whom which could all be absolutely garbage at the game for all I know. Sounds a lot like matchmaking only it would take longer.

3 AntwortenWhat about those gamers that don't even use forums? I never used any until now because I saw it on the companion app and I was interested so I checked it out and i only use destiny forums because of the convenience of having it on my phone

4 AntwortenSure! What time? My fireteam and I got everything ready so we can go in right away. All three of us are level 25, 22, 27 respectively. We have mics too so we can communicate. I'm a Bladedancer and the rest of the team is made of Defenders and Sunsingers. We don't mind playing defense and support. Right now it's 11:40 AM CDT. I'll be waiting for your friend request on PSN! ----- I'd imagine this is how recruitment would go. Plus, there would probably be an extensive amount of time put into pre-raid planning. Sounds fun! :D

I could go to a local Starbucks and find randoms who play Destiny, but a feature within the game is a -matter of massive convenience.- Games are supposed to be evolving. Integrate forums into the game if that's what it takes, I don't care. Don't sit there and tell me there is an archaic solution to everything as if it will excuse the lack of proper content. It won't.
