Why isn't Transsexual a gender option?
I find the lack of such an option during character creation to be vile and discriminatory. How dare Bungie deliver such an obvious blow to a minority group; its nothing less than appalling and simply sickening. If this option is not put in by September 9th, 2014, then I immediately move that all LGBT users who make use of this site boycott this game. We live in a time where we finally encourage progressiveness, and Bungie goes and does something as despicable as this.

How exactly would they go about this in terms of character models then? The way I understand it being trans is essentially the desire to one day become cis of whatever your preferred sex is, or have I misunderstood?

Transsexual is not a gender. It is the state of not identifying with one's own sex. Biologically, there are still only two genders.

I don't see how transgendered folks aren't being represented. Trans guys can play as men and trans ladies can play as women. The only people who literally don't have representation are non-binaries. But I'm not going to speak for them.
