Upload matters. Make sure your getting what your paying for.

Those are the tiers I'm aware of. If your having a problem, and you have comcast. Call and tell them your home needs to meet Broadband Residential International Standards. They will send someone out.
Everyone keeps saying their Internet sucks but everyone should have faster Internet today than we had a few years ago at the least which was 10-20mbps

0.5 mbps = 60+ hours (for XBox owners - you likely missed the beta)
1 mbps = 30+ hours
6 mbps = 5+ hours
20 mbps = 1.5+ hours
50 mbps = 0.6+ hours

Well neither will ps3 let more then 10mb what's up with that?

So I have some good news, I upgraded my net today and now have the 150mbps package. I also have some bad news, while I know it's just an estimate my PS4 test is showing just 22.6Mbps for download. I tried using a port forwarding guide that I found online and it bumped it maybe 2 Mbps only. My pc is hitting 120ish, which I know isn't full potential but I'll take that over my previous 20 in a heartbeat lol. Any ideas why my PS4 isn't picking up the badass speeds?
