Because unlike ms with halo. Playstation didn't insist that destiny be ps exclusive only the content. And I'm sure the $$$ didn't hurt

Actually, activision went and made the deal with playstation, bungie wanted the beta to come out on the same day, last for the same length, and have DLC come out at the same time for all platforms, but activision went and made a deal with PS so that they could get some more money, so actually, no specific console is to blame for the release time differences, activision is. Same situation with COD

So again it's all about the balance ms paid more for the cod dlc rights. Sony paid more for the destiny dlc rights. Just saying that if you own an xbox and gonna complain about sony getting exclusive content and dlc rights to a game. Own up that your console isn't so much better that you should get everything first. I own a ps3 and ps4. I'm not gonna argue which is better xbox or ps. But because I choose sony over ms it's like your saying I should get everything second. Some things on Xbox are better but same can be said for ps. It's time for us to get something first. Again not saying ps is better. Not starting that argument. But I will say xbox system is not so special it should get everything first. Maybe when you had to pay to be online and we didn't but now we have to pay to play online you shouldn't get everything first time to share. Oh sorry that button isn't on an xbox controller. Ms don't use that word

I'm not picking any consoles, all I'm saying is that if you are wanting to blame anyone for any exclusives, it's activision you need to blame. Also, activision goes to the consoles themselves, it the consoles pursues them, it'd be an almost never ending battle over who gets exclusive rights. If activision hadn't done with destiny like they've done with every other game they've taken part of, then there would be no exclusives, both ps and ms had actually discussed it and were agreed on same release dates for beta, game, and DLC, but activision went to ps soon after asking them to make a deal with them just so they could get some extra money.

Playstation and bungie aren't punishing you just ms. And I think it's more to balance things out a bit. We lost how many years of bungie while they worked exclusively for ms on halo. Bungie wanted to be able to work with other co. Like ps or PC but couldn't convince ms to open up to other platforms. That's what caused bungie to jump ship. I sympathize you get things later than ps but at least you still get it. Ps has been waiting for a bungie game for 8 yrs. ms should have learned to share better.

I didn't PICK the Xbox deal, I didn't know they would play favorites, why would I? I just didnt decide to throw my money into the black hole that is activisions greed.
