Edit: I think I've made the situation a little better. She claims she is no longer upset with me but she is still upset. I'm not convinced.
Another Edit: I'm off to bed, I have a killer headache. It seems I've gotten as far with her as I'm going to get tonight. I will, however, revisit this tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Just listen to them, so you an understand why they're like it. I just listen to their rants, problems and concerns and I can usually give them advice that calms them down. That being said, I'm talking about 16 year old girls that are my age, I'm not sure the problems are the same... Maybe? Regardless, you just be there for them even if you can help you at least hear them out.

Very very carefully. You have to find what works for each women. My most recent ex just sit and listen. My current likes to get it out physically. So I let her bite, kick, punch, scratch me extra. You need to find out what works for your women.
