Go with the Corsair CX430 and NZXT Source 210 for your PSU and case. Corsair also makes great cases, but they're not quite as cheap as the Source 210.

Alright, thanks. So is the graphics card fine for the price? And what games would this be able to run? Are we talking every game I would be able max out or what?

You'll be able to run games at medium - high settings.

In general, you won't be able to max out all settings, but you will be able to achieve a good mix of High settings and other options. More demanding games might require you to turn it down to Medium. Keep in mind that $150 is still "budget" territory for a GPU, so your expectations of maxing a game are a little unrealistic.
