"Digital Trips" AKA trippy drugs in Watch_Dogs!
What is a "Digital Trip"? it is a hallucinogenic drug, it seems, that will give you a little mini game to play. The one in the video at 3:20 is called "Spider Tank" and it is exactly what it sounds like.
