Math time.
Typical urination yields 200 mL of urine. 95% of that is water, so only 10mL of waste is excreted.
50 million gallons = 189,270,589,200 milliliters. That means there are .00005 ppm (parts per million) of human waste in the reservoir. And all this is in addition to the fact that urine is sterile.
