It seems like manuals are trying to be phased out in the United States, but by no means are they going away anytime soon. So is it worth learning how to drive a manual transmission?

I thought I muted you. Let's fix that.

Everyone should know this...

IMO, yes. They're much more reliable in my experience, much more rewarding to drive, an excellent anti-theft device, and very few people will want to borrow your truck lol.

Worth it? Not really. Rewarding? Yes.

Unless you want to drive things like semis(which some are automatic), garbage trucks, flatbeds and whatnot I really don't see the point.

If would have been for these guys...

2 AntwortenIt really depends on what you want. Not from your car but from your life. If you want to be a successful and fulfilled person with infinite girlfriends and money, you drive manual. If you want to be a terrorist, you drive automatic.

I don't see why not. It's not really that difficult and then you can brag to everyone you know and say they're wussy drivers. In reality, if you can drive stick shift, you can learn how to drive anything

Well is it more fun? HELL YES! But in reality 80% of new cars all are automatic with paddle's behind the steering wheel if you want more control. Eventually manual cars won't be made anymore.
