Since R* are coming up with ideas for GTA VI, where would you like it to take place?
Rio De Janeiro seems like a fitting location.

Washington D.C. would be a great setting to make that classic GTA satire. Corrupt politicians, that gang violence, those crazy hippies. Tokyo would be interesting. I'm trying to think of a European city I would want to play in but I can only think of London, they've already done that, but I would like to see it next gen.

Also Rockstar has already said that Grand Theft Auto belongs in America and will stay there. Which i totally agree and I'm not American.

Anything foreign to the US would lose its place and feel tokenistic, although there's a chance it wouldn't provided it were developed by people in that country, but the different culture is still the only thing it could offer - on everything else, LA and/or New York does the job better. I guess they could go back to Miami.

5 AntwortenWait.. since when are they coming up with ideas for GTA VI? GTA V just came out. They're most likely coming up with the DLC for GTA V, and maybe working on a different franchise or a new one all together. Like Red Dead.

8 AntwortenVice City. Modern day. Play as a very aged, very retired Tommy Vercetti, and decide to use what's left of your power to kick out some invading gang families from moving into what was your territory. Sort of a "lesser of two (or more) evils" type deal.
