It's that one that's on the first level which is located at those apartments that gets raided. When I start a new game I usually play with those block things, push the swings, spin the spinney thing and then I go down the slid. The last time I played that level I was messing around with the engine for some time. I put my suitcase on the spinney thing and have it get flung off. Then I put something on the teeter totter, stacked my way on top of the monkey bars and then I jumped on the other end of the teeter totter.
