What the -blam!- just happened? (Mass Effect 3 Spoilers)
So I finally bought Mass Effect 3 after renting it a year ago and I got to the part where I am on the Quarian homeworld. I was glad to see Legion back and helped the Geth do their thing. Now fast forward after you kill the reaper, I decide to let Legion upload the code but of course Tali has her doubts and what not. But I don't care and She tells the fleet to stop firing because the Geth are free, but that moron of an Admiral wouldn't listen. So they all got destroyed and Legion dies. At this point I am dumbfounded that the Legion dies so quick. So now I am sad because I really liked him. As all this is happening you can see the debris from the battle in space and Tali is looking up at all of it.
Then the stupid bitch takes it upon herself to commit suicide I stood up from the chair and literally yelled What the -blam!-?! Like are you serious? Danm this all could of been avoided if the Quarians didn't try to destroy something that wasn't hostile to them in the first place. I think its there fault IMO. But I still don't know what to do, I stopped playing because things happened too fast. Sorry for wall of text. Ty if you read all of it.
TL:DR Tali and Legion both died during the Rannoch mission and I don't know what happend or what to do.

I said screw it, and let the Geth wipe them out for being so arrogant/hostile to the perfection of machines :D Either way it doesn't matter because everything explodes at the end. Only played me3 once, it was done perfectly in paragon to finish a perfect paragon trilogy, the geth survived, the quarians survived, idk what happened to legion [spoiler]i think he integrated with the geth framework or something[/spoiler] I do miss legion, awesome shep fanboy

Choices in Mass Effect 2 and 3 that are related to Quarians/Geth have "points." You need a certain amount of "points" to make peace and you need high paragon/renegade to make peace. Unless you want to replay the series, just finish Mass Effect 3 with only Geth support. Look up the requirements for Quarian/Geth peace.

I managed to save both and they co-operated. I don't know what I would have done had Legion died, probably gone into depression. Also, being a pure renegade in that scene is too damn hardcore evil. I could barely stand what I was watching.

It's been a while since I finished them all, but I have so many feels for all of the characters in Mass Effect. Except I'm pretty sure Miranda pissed me the -blam!- off. She was a bitch. Other than that they were all pretty cool. Especially Legion. He was one of my favorites. When Legion died I wanted to hurt someone.

As you already know, you messed up on ME 2. I too messed up on my first play through. I killed Wrex and it regretted it all the way through ME 2 and ME 3. Now I'm going through my second play through with Wrex alive.

3 AntwortenSaving the quarians and the geth is dependent on a points system based on your actions in ME2 and 3 leading up to that scene, you need a total of 5 points to save them both. - Rewrote the Heretics (0 points) - Destroyed the Heretics (+2 points) - Tali is NOT exiled (+2 points) - Tali has been exiled/did not do the Loyalty Mission (0 points) - Resolved Legion/Tali conflict either using the Paragon or Renegade options (+1 point) - N7 Mission: Saved Admiral Zaal'Koris vas Kwib Kwib on Rannoch (+1 point) - N7 Mission: Destroy Geth Squadron on Rannoch (+1 point) - Completed Legion's Mission in ME3 (or no peace) You also need to have filled up 4 bars of your reputation.

13 AntwortenLooks like you suck at the game. You didn't have enough reputation points/didn't build enough trust with the fleet to save both the quarians and the geth. Also, Legion or his VI copy die no matter what, because it's their code that's used to finalize the evolution of the geth to true AI status. Either way I can't believe you chose the shitty geth over the quarians. You killed 17 million people, including women and children. Tali and Kal'Reegar are ashamed of you.

Like, 3/4's high. A Paragon option will appear after telling Legion to upload the code. Shepard will rally the fleet with Tali'Zorah and Admiral Koris (if you saved him) backing him. Admiral Gerrel will then back down.
