The Exo and Awoken will be amazing im sure, however; Ive always rolled a good old fashioned Human. I plan to make an older guy with scars if possible. I understand alot of you may not want to roll human; (most of you are human every day in real life) :p Ive been looking at the thread polls and from the looks of it; there may not be that as many human guardians running around. Sorry to put up another race thread, I just wanted to get a genneral idea how many other players will take on a Human Guardian roll in Destiny

Exo warlock or hunter. Haven't decided yet. -
1 AntwortenI like the idea of starting human and possibly stay as human. If I chose a second race, I'd choose Exo without a doubt.
-
1 AntwortenI'll be the Orion slave girl. And yes with my knowledge of the Traveler and Carotenoids I will be green and twinkle up space magic like a genie.
-
10 AntwortenI'm 40 years old. I was in the Army 8 years; 4 years as a 19D Cavalry Scout, 4 years as a 19K in M1A2 Abrams tanks. I've been a LEO for 12, going on 13 years now. I'm already an older guy with scars. And gray hair, IRL. LOL I'll be a Human Titan.
-
1 AntwortenWell I think I'm leaning more towards Awoken Hunter but maybe I will go for a Human Hunter
-
1 AntwortenI'm torn. Human/Hunter, Awoken/Warlock or Exo/Titan. Guess it's a good job I'm on the Beta and can try them all :)
-
1 AntwortenHumans. No need for gimmicks or fancy doodads. Just a man, his armor and an unholy amount of firepower. Good times!

Exo for me

14 AntwortenBearbeitet von Vice Wolfe: 10/27/2013 3:50:10 AMHumans, • Our strength and speed is nothing to write home about. However, we don’t need to overpower or outrun you. We just need to outlast you – and by any other species’ standards, we just plain don’t get tired. We are the scariest predators in the history of Earth. It’s one thing to face down a cheetah, which will slam into you at 60mph and break your neck. It’s another thing to run very quickly to get away from a thing, only to have it just kind of Show up To have it be intelligent enough to figure out where you are by the fur and feather you’ve left behind, your footprints and excretions. Then you think you’ve lost it and you bed down for the night but THERE IT IS. WAITING WHEN YOU WAKE UP And you split! Again! But it keeps following you. Always in the corner of your eye, until you just die. • Where a simple broken leg will cause most species to go into shock and die, we can recover from virtually any injury that’s not immediately fatal. Even traumatic dismemberment isn’t necessarily a career-ending injury for a human. • We heal from injuries with extreme rapidity. Recovering in weeks from wounds that would take others months or years to heal. The results aren’t pretty – humans have hyperactive scar tissue, among other survival-oriented traits – but they’re highly functional. • Speaking of scarring, look at our medical science. We developed surgery centuries before developing even the most rudimentary anesthetics or life support. In extremes, humans have been known to perform surgery on themselves – and survive. Thanks to our extreme heartiness, we regard as routine medical procedures what most other species would regard as inventive forms of murder. We even perform radical surgery on ourselves for purely cosmetic reasons. • We use borderline toxic peppers to season our food. • We expose ourselves to potentially lethal solar radiation in the pursuit of darkening our skin. • We risk hearing loss for the opportunity to see our favorite musicians live. • We have a game where two people get into an enclosed area and hit each other until time runs out/one of them passes out. • We willingly jump out of planes with only a flimsy piece of cloth to prevent us from splattering against the ground. • Our response to natural disasters is to just rebuild our buildings in the exact same places. • We climb the highest mountains and risk freezing to death for bragging rights. • We invented dogs. We took our one time predators and completely domesticated them. • Our jaws have too many TEETH in them, so we developed a way to WELD METAL TO OUR TEETH and FORCE THE BONES IN OUR JAW to restructure over the course of years to fit them back into shape, and then we continue to wear metal in our mouths to keep them in place. Some even do it for FASHION. • On a planet full of lions, tigers and bears, we managed to advance further and faster than any other species on the planet. We poison our air and water to weed out the weak. We set off fission bombs in our only biosphere. We nailed our God to a STICK. Guess which race I'm going to be.

My daughter and I watch my little pony all of the time. Pinkie pie is a good one, she's always upbeat and peppy. Our favorite is princess twilight, though. She brings them all together as friends. I will be a human Titan. That is my choice. I will not be using any other character.

1 AntwortenMe. Why would I play as a gravy? And as a lover of MGS, I refuse to run sound as a shiny blue person with somewhat large breasts.
Just saying.
Based on what little information we have right now I don't really have a favourite /preferred race yet. I'm pry more inclined towards the Exo or Humans right now.
-
