Hey just wondering if you guys think some buildings should be destructible or some walls. Personally I hate it when there's some really small wall or building and some taking cover there and your basically just shooting walls. Dunno just thought Id put it out there.

Bearbeitet von Cordic_Cyberpunk: 5/12/2014 3:11:37 AMIts next Gen so for details like i shoot a wall and there is no damage to said wall is kinda not next gen. i mean yes there are some improvements, but things like a Nife( i will never spell that with the letter K, its just wrong) stab/swipe is allways the same dam action no matter where it lands on the enemy/target. its so lame and shows how little detail is used on some important things. there is more details in like the details on say Fuking rocks, which are not the Main Focus!!!! "Haha Jokes on you guys we are shipping a Bird and Rock sim. Tuff shit." Rocks sell FPS Games= Fact Enhance your calm , John Spartan. .

3 AntwortenSo far No game has done environmental destruction on the scale Red Faction: Guerrilla did it.. and for that I am disappoint. I want environmental destruction!
-
-
It could be fun in a small way but hard to pull off in such a large scale game. I mean it would be awesome if say youre stuck in a room with mass amount of enemies outside the door. just blow out the back wall.
-
Smaller destruction would be nice, but I don't think entire buildings falling over would have a place in the game. Basic wall and various object destruction would work if implemented in the correct way.
-
5 AntwortenNo I would hate to be walking looking for loot, but the building is already destroyed
-
Would be cool, but I'm not expecting it.
-
99% sure it won't be. Just by the looks you can tell it won't be destructible. Doesn't have the realism like BF4 to do it. If it has destruction then it won't look like it should.

Hell ya. Im tired of shooting a rocket launcher at some abandoned building in hopes of it collapsing, and watching that its perfectly fine when the smoke clears. Waste of ammo

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Y SO REACH BETA: 5/10/2014 12:59:46 AMOh man! Why didn't I think of this? Just imagine a couple Dregs hiding out in a small ruined building in the middle of a waste. Your fireteam picked off a sniper and they need to clear the building. There's a captain inside and you know the fight is going to be a little too tough to go into head on. Your titan launches a rocket, blowing out a side of the crumbling concrete wall, killing one of the dregs, the other Dreg is quickly dropped by the hunter. The captain is now surrounded and succumbs to a maelstrom of heavy weapons fire, revolver shots and SPACE MAGIC! Destruction would add creative strategies, diversity and a unexpected variations to gameplay. Destructible environments made Bad Company a new experience every time and you saw things you didn't expect to everyday. I want destructible environments. It will not ruin skilled gameplay and will only serve to allow intelligent players to excel in strategy by out smarting their foe.

In the E3, 12 minute gameplay when the public event occurred the big structures fell down when the ship appeared and seeing as they said that was an explorable area I guess specific events can occur destruction but not on the battlefield style which personally I think is good as it's technically a multiplayer world and people blowing everything up would be a bit annoying
-
3 AntwortenAfter a month everything would be gone lol
-
Pvp it would be cool and maybe if you find some abandoned building in the middle of nowhere it would be fun to just shoot a nova bomb at it
-
In pvp, yes. But not in the normal game. This game is supposed to last ten years. If buildings could be destroyed, than ten years from now the world would be a giant wasteland! Unless it fixed itself after a period of time, then it would be cool,
-
1 AntwortenWouldn't fit the game. Perhaps a few aspects, but I just don't think it would match the game feel.
-
I like the way you think. Now where do I find these explosion-not-proofed buildings?
-
Maybe certain buildings, but this is a persistent world! Think about this, if we were able to destroy buildings then by the time the next gen of gamers play this there will be no buildings left.
-
Not unless it's the cause of a public event. This is not Battlefield.
-
Perhaps some old buildings or foliage, but nothing too crazy. This is not BF3 after all.
