Gold badge= Member for 15 years or more.
Not sure if this has been discovered yet, but if you change the date on your computer it changes your years badge. Looks like the gold one is member for 15 years or more.

5 AntwortenThis prompted me to do some digging. I found the image file that contains all the badges, and the code that determines which color to display. Basically 1-4 years is grey, 5-9 years is green, unless you're in your 7th year, which is blue, 10-14 is red, and 15+ is gold. 1 AntwortenJust tried this to see if its an isolated incident, and when i changed the year to 2000 and refreshed my profile I WAS BANNED. I have since changed it back and it does not say I am banned anymore. I wouldn't advise anyone to really attempt this!
