The games. Ryse, Halo, Forza, maybe Fable. Those are the main ones for Xbox, that we've seen gameplay for anyways. Prefer those over the Sony or Nintendo games, get that. Prefer Sony games, get that. Prefer Nintendo games, get that. At this point the differentials in specs are minimal. Choose for the games. MS: Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza, Ryse, Kinect X games Sony: Uncharted, Infamous, GoW, Knack, Killzone. Quantic Dream stuff, Gran Turismo Nintendo: Mario, Zelda, DKC, W101, Bayonetta, X, Pikmin, Sonic, Wii X games

There is no reason unless youre an idiot. And lol @ the people thinking M$ will have good exclusives. They haven't had a single good exclusive (or any exclusives) since Gears 3.

Xbox LIVE is an amazing online service and offers much more than Playstation Plus. Also Dead Rising 3, Titanfall, Halo 5, Thief, and the community is just much better.

Well I just read that Microsoft is finally listening to it's consumer base and reversing the online requirement and making game trade-ins and such like it is now. So basically it's on-par with the PS4 and has made even my decision to pick one difficult.

You're just looking for a fight. Get what you want based on what you like. At the moment the popularity vote is definitely for PS4. They did deserve it. I mean Microsoft shouldn't have pushed going digital so soon. People don't want DRM. The reasons I'm getting an Xbox One. 1. The Kinect - The first Kinect was just lame. It wasn't fluid and the games it was used on were just on cheesy family party games. This generation's seems vastly improved and I love that. I want to be able to come home, say Xbox on while I get comfy, and sit down to do what I do. I'm genuinely excited for how far developers can take the Kinect 2. It's just futuristic to me. It paves the way for more advanced tech. 2. Familiarity, Trust, and Live. - By this I mean I've just been on this system the longest. I've been on PS3 too but I've just been on Xbox longer. This actually isn't a great reason but it does apply to a lot of people. I'm not a fanboy. I love all consoles and all gaming devices. Trust applies to things such as the hacking that happened a while back. I was on Xbox at the time and I just felt bad that that had occurred. I couldn't hate on PS3. I just felt disappointed. The recent update to PS3 that bricked consoles also dampens my trust for Playstation. During my time on PS3 I just couldn't get attached. The experience online felt disconnected. Maybe I'm just one of few that felt this way but that's just how it felt. I can't really explain well. Xbox Live feels friendlier and inviting. Paying a few bucks a month for this experience is nothing to me. 3. The Controller - The xbox controllers have always just felt better to me. The new controller is looking damn sweet too. Better D-pad, better grip on the analog sticks, and rumble on the triggers more than does it for me. 4. Possibility of DRM done correctly in the future - I think the sharing feature that was going to be on the X1 isn't gone just yet. I'm hoping that it could be implemented with DRM done waaaay better in the future. 5. Continuing Exclusive Titles - Self explanatory I think. The looks of the consoles means little to me though I do like the simpler look of the X1 more. Not by much though. These are the reasons I could think off the top of my head at the moment. If Microsoft ever gets to a point that I don't like what they are doing at all or that I don't like and understand the reasons why they do things then I will have to leave. If you like PS4 because of the lower price, no DRM issues, no used games issues, or for any other reasons than get a PS4. Just game and have fun. Why are gamers at each others throats over this? Just to fight? Boredom?

No more DRM or Online check in. So the Xbox One actually looks really good now! Plus there is live streaming to Twitch, built in editing capabilities, and multitasking all help make it a good console. Plus every console gets a 500gb hard drive and the new Kinect sensor.
