I like to think it is because of one of two reasons: 1. Liberal policies which heavily tax the rich don't have as much of an impact on Hollywood actors because they didn't earn their money "as rigorously" as people in the business sector. 2. They are willing to sacrifice some of their income in an effort to benefit others out of selflessness.

11 AntwortenBecause actors don't become famous through greed. Generally you have to be greedy to be rich, but actors, singers, etc don't have to compromise their beliefs to make money. Humans are naturally the European neutral point of view, maybe even a little to the left of that, which in the US means you're pretty far to the left. Only as the years go by and people become bitter and fight each other for the capitalismz do people who aren't religiously indoctrinated become right-wingers, but actors are shielded from it and are more pure in their beliefs.
