FOTC
As I've seen around Bungie.net FOTC is a real mystery, some say is a Faction, other say that is Deej. But I THINK FOTC are the once who manufactures both weapons and armor for the Guardian. Thats why the symbol is on the weapon, and maybe Deej have something to do with it.

I see you've done your homework and see that there is truly a decent core to your theory, unfortunately this post doesn't prove anything. As much as I'd love to agree with you, I'm a man of facts on this matter. And Bungie seems to be wanting to keep this a secret till E3? a month before release? a week? We don't know, all I can say is that your theory seems most probable to me at this time seeing as how if FOTC was a faction, Bungie would have told us because all the other factions were confirmed to and I don't see why Bungie would hold back such information. It might possibly be a military or paramilitary organization on Earth, Destiny's equivalent of Halo's UNSC. This would explain why this is carved into the armor and weapons, as was UNSC on all Halo armor variants.
