Self Sustaining Ecosystem in a Bottle has existed for 40 YEARS.

That's kinda awesome. I wonder what would happen if you were to introduce insects? It would probably die.

You can actually buy one from a website called thisiswhyimbroke.com. I know once I get my own place I'll get one. The ones they offer are smaller though and don't live as long. It's still really cool though.
