I don't think you can get any worse than this. Honestly what does anyone expect from the Kings of SUCK EA.
You have to at least read the review by a guy named "malor", which happens to be voted the most helpful review. I think he nails it right on the head.
I was really wanting to get this game for my kids, but there is no way in hell I will allow that piece of DRM shit on my computer....ever.
Has anyone gotten this game?
Anyway, with over 3,100 1/5 stars reviews I honestly cannot think of a product that I have ever seen with such horrid reviews ever. I am almost rooting for it to be the worst reviewed product of all-time. At least it will be great at something! ha ha ha ha!!!

Was looking forward to the new Simcity right until I heard about it's always on DRM. Not buying it until it is removed and you can play it offline.
-
I played the game. DRM and city size are the only problems I currently have with it. The rest is pretty good. At least they are working to resolve the server issues. They had to turn off leaderboards and cheetah speed to get the servers at least working, but at least I can play now.
-
It's a good game, it's EA's servers fault the ones to be blamed here. A:CM definitely takes worst game of the year.
-
2 AntwortenDoesn't seem like the game itself is bad, but rather the shitty services EA has to offer.
-
hm...so he made a review, and most likely rated it poorly, even though he didn't even buy it? See, this is a problem with people, they don't even buy the shit and they rate it poorly, it's why places like Metacritic are generally shit. The worst reviewed product would have to be Big Rigs Over the road racing

Bearbeitet von Arbiter 739: 3/11/2013 7:47:52 PMIt's a good game, EA just loaded it with a cluster-bIam!- of bad features. What a shame.
-
I think a low critic metacritic score will worry them, not a low user score.
-
Haha, think EA cares about customer reviews? They're loaded
-
Can those 'things' even be called reviews? Most of them are just one sentence. Once again humans are only capable of either using the best 5 star rating or the worst 1 star. It can never be in-between. The game itself is good, people are hindered by the lousy job on the servers.
-
It's a good game. Your loss.
-
1 AntwortenThe game is fun, but why won't you allow a DRM game on your computer if it's for your kids? I understand the hate against EA for DRM, but the game is really fun.
-
The EA hate is strong in this one.
-
2 AntwortenTry Aliens: Colonial Marines
-
I'm sure once it's fixed it will be a good game. But probably one of the worst handled releases.
-
That 5-star review had me laughing.
-
I was seriously considering purchasing it as I have been away from SimCity for a while and was looking for a nice, detailed micro-management game to occupy some clock cycles on my PC and my brain. Now I am really glad that I didn't get it right away. It sounds, sadly, to be as much of a letdown as Spore was. And that's a real shame.
-
There's a huge EA hate circlejerk going on, most people rated 1/5 starts just because they were having server issues in the beginning. I haven't had any problems so far.
-
http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/big-rigs-over-the-road-racing The user score is higher than that of Modern Warfare 3's, however.
1.2 out of 5 stars
Pretty bad, especially if 0 stars isn't an option. As a long-time fan of the SimCity franchise (since the first one on PC back in the 1990s), this is very disappointing. City-building franchises aren't terribly popular, and the bungling of this release will probably result in the SimCity franchise being shelved for a decade, as it was until now (for those counting, Societies doesn't count).

Is it worse than WarZ?
