The ones that included the Super surrounded dead elites or other mysterious occurrences, while the ones that contained strange symbols permeated around campaign missions. Saved thread.[/quote]More than likely the strange symbols near dead Elites is in a sense a hint at the Engineers mistreatment by the Brutes. The Engineers were never bothered by the Elites in the known fiction. The Elites would allow engineers to go about their business unless if their skills were needed elsewhere. The Brutes killed the remaining Elites in New Mombasa and started planting Bombs in Engineers.
