invisibility is bullshit in pvp
I play warlock, that's all. You force me to play pvp if I want the GG title. So I go in there watch all the hunters disappear and can't wait for the slaughter to begin and end as fast as possible.
At least mercy the game when there's a 20 point difference so no one has to sit through 10 minutes of this useless exercise.

Invisibility is garbage in PvP, the weave walk invincibility is garbage in PvP and roaming supers are garbage in PvP. This game is broken and the devs are completely clueless as to how to fix it.

2 AntwortenAgreed, Invis is literally the cheapest thing in the game and should not exist in PVP. Anyone who plays invis hunter which is a huge amount of hunters has zero skill and is crutching on easy mode.

They are easy to see because of the purple void color so I always catch them. BUT they don't appear on radar so it's kinda annoying getting shotgunned out of the blue sometimes

Coincidentally, the higher in rank you go the more people communicate with their team and the more skilled they become. Since Hunters provide nothing that communication doesn't immediately counter, you'll find they drop off in effectiveness when you start facing opponents who understand the game. The fact you complain about Hunters says all anyone needs to know about your skill level and I don't think balance changes should be lead by people who complain about Hunters being "bullshit." You reveal your lack of knowledge with your complaints. Just get better; nerfing Hunters won't make you suddenly dominate because the underlying issue is still present: you. If you look at the higher skilled hunter mains, almost none of them are invis builds. Low skill lobbies see them in mass numbers because lower skilled players have problems with it.

Every other subclass at least has a melee/ grenade exotic or two and the super exotics for better and more reliable supers. All Nightstalker really has is exotics that buff invis or can proc it. The only "melee" exotics aren't even used as such (Omnioculus and Khepri) and the supers are easily avoided or countered, so not really any reason to use Orpheus Rig or Gwisin Vest in pvp. I can promise if they ever start offering more build variety on nightstalkers, you're either going to see significantly less invis hunters or the builds used will require more effort to proc. I mean if they give hunters a melee that procs invis on kill (I don't mean Stylish Executioner, not that anyone uses that in pvp), there goes any number of hunters swapping from Trappers Ambush/ smoke bomb because they won't be using smoke bombs. On The Prowl usage would also decrease if anyone still even uses that outside of PvE. Give them more to work with, then we can worry about nerfing the only thing it currently has. Alternatively for the sake of fairness which would mean it can only be a good change, rework all other subclasses and their exotics to be like Nightstalker in that any nerfs to 1 aspect also nerf all other aspects and exotics. All other subclasses would focus on 1 thing only and therefore everything would be nerfed by extension.

10 AntwortenRebalance your audio so you can actually hear them if you care enough about winning to post about it. Invis makes a sound, the 3d audio for destiny is competent enough to echo locate them.

Yeah been slaughtered by hunters and titans. That's how it is but I will say a lot of them are just better players. I have concrete in my boots and can't shoot straight which doesn't help. Just laugh it off.
