Expansion not showing up
My game is showing that I didn’t buy the final shape expansion. I bought it when it came out. I have played the final shape campaign, the raid all the exotic missions. I have prismatic unlocked on all characters, I have the exotic class items. I returned to the game after a few months away and went to equip a prismatic class and it’s not allowing me.

Hi there. I recommend you check your past purchase history to verify and that it was not refunded. If you use your platform's game sharing feature and purchased Final Shape with a different account than the one you play D2 on, then you may need to re-enable the game sharing. If attempting to restore your license doesn't work, please contact PS or Steam Support (whichever platform you purchased from) for help regaining the license.
