My Cross-Save has gone. PSN account missing from Linked Accounts

Hi, I had Cross-Save set-up since it was available on PC with Steam as my main account.. At one point I had Stadia, Steam and PSN all linked and Cross-Save working as expected, no issues Today I noticed the PSN account is no longer linked hence I have no Cross-save in operation. Clicking Cross Save gives me an empty error message and after that there is no Cross-save set-up No idea when this first happened as I have just played on PC for many years

  • Same boat.... I just started playing again and my cross save or account is acting like im brand new.

  • Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, Cross Save doesn’t normally “turn off” by itself, so if your PSN is no longer shown as linked and the Cross Save page throws an error, it usually means the link to that PSN account has broken somewhere and the setup flow can’t finish. Please try these steps: Confirm you’re on the right Bungie account Go to https://www.bungie.net and sign in with the same account you use on Steam (the one that shows your current characters). Click your profile icon > Settings > Connections and check what’s listed there. Re‑link PSN if it’s missing or broken If PlayStation Network isn’t listed, click Link and sign into the correct PSN you used before. Retry Cross Save setup Once Steam and PSN both show as linked under Connections, go to the Cross Save page: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave Walk through the steps to re‑enable Cross Save with your preferred account as the active one. If the Cross Save page still just shows an empty error: Fully sign out of Bungie.net on all tabs, then sign back in and try again. Try a different browser or an incognito/private window. Temporarily disable ad‑blockers / script‑blocking extensions. If you can, test from a different device or network (e.g. mobile browser on data).
