I just started to play destiny on PC(steam) and I've connected my PS account to bungie. Im still a member of my old clan, but it says that "this account does not have any characters"
I am hoping to get this restored. I want my old stuff back. Im not hacked or anything either so this is strange. Seeing exotics that I used to have beeing locked behind dlc or other type of packs isnt acceptable either. Please help.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, Your Destiny 2 characters live on your platform accounts (PSN, Xbox, Steam, etc.), not on Bungie.net itself. When you turn on Cross Save, you choose one platform’s characters to be the active set everywhere. If Bungie.net says “this account does not have any characters” for your linked PSN, the two most common causes are: You linked the wrong PSN ID (different from the one you used back in the day), or Those characters were manually deleted on PlayStation at some point. Bungie’s Deleted Item and Character Policy is very strict: whether it’s accidental deletion or someone else on the account, they do not restore deleted characters or items. What you can do now: On the Cross Save page, double‑check you’ve linked the correct PSN and Steam accounts and see if any characters show under another platform. If nothing appears under PSN and you’re sure it’s the right login, that means the old characters are gone and can’t be recovered. You’d have to start fresh on PC, but anything you earned on that account that’s in Collections (exotics, ornaments, some emblems, etc.) can be re‑pulled as you go. Seeing exotics “locked behind DLC” on Steam is normal licensing behavior – expansions and packs are tied to the platform store you bought them on, and Bungie can’t move those licenses between PS and Steam.

The PS account only has D1 characters, none D2.
