I'll keep it straight: I've been a huge Bungie fan for YEARS. This account goes back to 2008. I used to post on High Impact Halo! I played the OG Marathon! There's a lot of history here that I want to preserve and keep going. The issue is that somehow, (most likely when I tried Destiny 2 on PC), my Steam account got linked to a fresh Bungie account that I have no interest in. I wanted to unlink it and link it to this OG account HOWEVER I saw that in 2025 you guys disabled Steam unlinking. I know it's unfair to ask but I really want to keep the tradition going on my OG Bungie account... Is there anything I can do or provide to get my Steam account linked to the proper Bungie account? If anyone from the support staff can empathize with what I'm going through and can reach out privately, I can provide whatever you need to get it unlinked and attached to the right account!
