Twitch itself now automatically checks to see if a Drop is available for a Bungie profile. If there is one, it will keep retrying to add it until it succeeds. We hope that this clarifies why you are no longer seeing the button in question.

Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bungie.net account.
