PLATFORM: PlayStation ISSUE: No progress on missing Renegade ghosts despite finding them all. REPRO STEPS: Have gone to every planet under every faction control and collected all ghosts. Revisited planets multiple times and verified all 3 spots on each faction to rule out misplaced ghosts. Used all 3 characters to make sure ghosts weren't collected but not placed at Tharsis. All characters clear. ACTUAL RESULT: Ghost placement was done, but ghosts only have their "eye" showing in the placed spot (see pictures). Eye acts as if entire ghost shell is there, i.e. disappearing when circling to the rear (can't see from behind). 2 locations having issue are the Hellas -Totality ghost and the Selina Morass - Tharsis ghost. EXPECTED RESULT: Placed ghosts should be visible, and triumph should complete, giving me the shader. NOTES: Have verified multiple times over the past few weeks that I wasn't just missing them, but after numerous runs checking, I know that is not the case.
