The arms week mods not being available to raids and dungeons is honestly in my opinion a poor decision. A lot of people get on and just do those activities and very little of anything else cause they have yet to get there desired gear. I mean there's no contest active the solo flawless stuff isn't that big a deal so why limit trying to have fun with mods that really are not game changing and just fun. In the end these mods are supposed to be fun for the time we have them yet the places you can actually use them is just well lame.
