You can reroll legendary orders till its a weapon based one which drops the mods just fyi.

Stupid question, but what do you mean by weapon based? Getting kills with a specific weapon?

On the order it will be a weapon objective and state underneath about a mod drop chance. Reroll legends until you see this (allegedly as of around 30 im yet to see any anyway)
