Finality's Auger catalyst is glitched
No paper is showing up in the second week like all the guides say there should be at that spot

That quest isn’t for the catalyst. It’s for the ability to focus. You can/should be able to get catalyst w/o quest completion so long as you have gun already.

By any chance, have you started this quest with an alternate character? If yes, then does progressing in the same quest with that alternate character help you to progress with your primary character?
