While logged in on Bungie.net, click your profile icon and then click Redeem Codes. On the next page, click Partner Rewards. On the following screen, click the button on the right side that is labeled Refresh. If claimed correctly from Twitch, your missing drops should then be listed. Emblems go to collections under General. I believe the ship either goes direct to your inventory or the the collect terminal in the Tower.

Also, if it wasn't obvious, you have to restart Destiny 2.

For all of the emblems I mentioned above it says: ‘Claim this Destiny emblem from your in-game Flair Collections once your code has been applied’ on Bungie.net. But when I check in-game, none of them are actually there. I have refreshed this page multiple times and also restarted the game ofcourse, but still nothing. Is there anything else I can do to claim items on Bungie.net.

After restarting my game once again today, all of the emblems are now actually showing up! Thanks for the replies.
