Making a community for friendlies
Hello, I’m Infeno. I’m a relatively new player when it comes to Destiny 2. I’ve learned a lot about the game in my short time playing the game.
I would just simply search for a clan for this, but most are just mega clans that seem more interested in boasting high numbers. I’ve been in a few clans, they all aren’t interested in helping each other, even the more active ones.
I know there are plenty of LFG servers and destiny servers out there.
I’ve found that a lot aren’t very responsive due to size and other things.
I’m also trying to find people who aren’t Ego players. I’ve met so many people in many different servers who are in general Mean/ Egotistical/ and other things.
You have a right to be who you are, that’s what makes us all special.
I wanted to make a community discord/clan for people who primarily play destiny, but also enjoy camaraderie in other games.
I wanted to make something new for other people who are new, or want to teach others, or expand their roster of friends.
Genuinely helpful people.
I know this post will be met with mostly negative comments as that’s what I’ve seen the most in the Destiny community so far, but I’ve also seen PLENTY of nice/ real and respectful people.
I wanted to try my hand at making a better place for all of us.
TLDR; making a discord/ clan for people who want to learn/ teach the game. I want to avoid the Ego players, and just find comrades. LFG servers and mega clans don’t care.
Any comments or DMs for people interested will be met with an invite.

So I'm relatively new to the game myself (about 100 hours in) and I'm looking for a new clan that's a little more active. I'm basically clearing my quest logs right now but do want to get into regularly raiding and hitting dungeons when I get through the side content. I guess my only questions are, when are you the most active? I play mostly weekday afternoons and most of the weekends EST. And also, do you all use Discord for VC and general communication?
