Common Payouts Not Advancing Legendary Progress
I have turned in/completed/payout 5 Common Bounties but the Legendary progress bar has not moved from zero progress since completing a Legendary bounty.
This happened after I Replace(d) the Legendary Bounty from Portal Main Screen, instead of Seasonal Hub main screen, (deep breath)then turned in the completed Legendary bounty.

Update: the Legendary progress bar is now showing progress.

Not sure if it is a placebo. Or the progress bar simply doesn't move. But thankfully whatever the case we still can get legendary orders.
