Ban Appeal – Cannot Access Appeal Form
Hello Bungie team,
After several months without playing Destiny 2, I tried to log in and discovered that my account has been banned. The problem is that I cannot access the appeal form with the affected account: it keeps redirecting me to the main page and asks me to sign in, even though I’m already logged in. Interestingly, I can access the form with another account, but not with the banned one.
I would like to request a review of my case, as I haven’t played in months and I don’t know the reason for the ban. I also need help to properly access the appeal form using the affected account.

If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal request via [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000654371]this form[/url]. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. If the form isn't working for you, we'd recommend clearing your browser cache, trying an incognito window, using a different browser, trying to access it via a different device, or a combination of these in order to access the page. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Once you've submitted a request, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.
