In hopes of making past crafted or enhanced weapons useful again, those should give the equivalent of a T5 weapon functionality. Also a good reason to use and make useful again using those ascendant alloys which are currently just collecting dust in the inventory screen. Have the Relic at mars enable you to dial in those enhanced and optional 2 barrels, 2 mags, 3 perks on column 3 and 4 and enhanced origin traits. This would also make it so that vault space will no longer be an issue, ever again. No more hoarding double or triple weapons because each has a set of pvp or pve god-rolls.
