completing any solo op activity only drops 1 tier 0 piece of loot
I am trying GM and Ultimate difficulties. I am finishing with an A, and under time. Each completion just drops a t0 piece of gear (so far it has just been armor). I can't progress the armament protocol quest because I can't get anything other than a t0 drop that's usually armor.
edit: I just tried a match made fireteam op and did get tiered loot. I still need solos to drop tiered so I can do the call to arms quest.

Can you attempt to go to the vendor to see if one of the weapons can be attuned to? We'd recommend checking your postmaster in case the rewards have been sent there. If you are still unable to get any attuned gear to complete this quest, to help us investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, can you provide us with a short video showing the issue?
