Bungie yall need to do something about perk weighing. Its still broke.
I've had 17 shiny SMGs drop this event. Only one had bewildering burst. Of course it didn't jave kinetic tremors. Why is bewildering the only perk that had a single slot it can drop?! It will not drop any slot but the top one. Anyone else having terrible rng?
