Ok, they boost all players up, then make all of the game so hard to not complete. I've ran the solo opps on 500 to climb levels. Now to get anything higher I have to play higher levels. Still at 500 and can't finish a mission. This game is -blam!- and so are the developers.

Thats the spirit!!!

7 AntwortenBearbeitet von ForeverLaxx: 10/16/2025 12:07:44 AMEven if this is a "skill issue" problem, it's pretty telling that the last remaining people in the room are so adamant that they just quit. This game doesn't survive if the average player can't play it. Do you really not understand that, or do you just not care if Destiny survives because you'll flee to your next addiction while getting carried through content? I truly don't get the mentality here... it's like all the people who demanded the game become a grindfest hellhole are glad the game they're addicted to is dying. Is this how you break the addiction? Get everyone else to quit so the game shuts down and forces you to give it up? EDIT: and if it's not clear, this is not a comment directed at the OP. This is in response to all the "just quit" replies.

D2 has offered new players $35 for over $250 worth of content and the result is NADA. This says exactly what you are saying.

Like I keep saying before and now this game is dying so I don’t think they’re gonna fix anything at all. Just checked #DATA how is falling month by month? I don’t think it’s gonna survive one more year.
-
4 AntwortenJust stop playing the game. I stopped a month ago and have no intention of coming back. It was a good run that has come to an end.

"Give with one hand and take away with the other", is a phrase that comes to mind. Why are we supposed to jump for joy for changes that supposedly help with the power grind, while being capped under-level for the very content we are forced into playing? This is NOT a step in the right direction.....merely a trade off.

Agreed was +20 power lvl playing ultimate at 519 now I'm -30 and my power grind was useless.

once 500 things come to a slow crawl . you cant do reclaim and get anything anymore in match making mode. basically your back to solo again setting modifiers all maxed to even get a plus 1. and bungie don't reset the bonus drops once you do that activity. that's the major problem . and a lot of the times bungie has dubs in same slot that helps nothing it's not a bonus it's no benefit. this company will never learn .and sony needs to clean it up .it's sonys fault also allowing this nonsense to continue .

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Alleviate_Fate: 10/16/2025 8:48:54 PMIm gonna have to go with this is a build issue looking at your character no exotic at all weapon wise or armor and no build that's cohesive from anything I could notice. Look up a few builds and do yourself a favor and everything will get a bit easier. Yea looking over your build youre using double primary, stats are wildly all over the place, youre using two aspects that don't play well together and fragments that are all over.
-
3 AntwortenNot sure how new to the game you are and I am not here to pick you apart. From just looking at your gear I see a few areas which may help you out a little. I would suggest incorporating a special-ammo gun instead of running two weapons that both use primary, reason is having your backup gun as special will help with rapid hard hitting damage and as a backup DPS to your heavy. I would suggest perhaps looking at some kind of build guide or a strong build with the subclass you normally use, the reason is you can use a pro's build as a baseline that you can modify to your fragments/aspects/abilities while keeping the core build. On that note having an Exotic weapon and armor piece in the build should help tremendously although the weapons aren't usually what buffs abilities and aren't necessarily core to a build. With buildcrafting it is also useful to incorporate complimenting mods, I am not entirely sure how you play the game or what strategy you use so I won't tell you to change up anything regarding mods. Personally I utilize buildcrafting first thing for a new DLC even though its not necessary until you get to harder content. I know, I am just a random player that isn't high level yet but I have some guidance from experience, I left before Warmind and came back before Lightfall, it was rough for me to come back to a completely different game as back when I left the game the buildcrafting wasn't necessary yet and mods were new to me. Stay safe out there Guardian, cheers.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von EMUracing: 10/16/2025 11:21:26 AMA few things to note. The overall build in the game matters a lot more than it used to. You need to build into the gameplay loop of the subclass you are running, and use weapons that synergize with the build. Not running any special weapon will considerably reduce your damage on higher health enemies (champs/elites/majors/bosses). A Mint Retrograde or even New Malpais could take the place of your scout rifle for barrier, and add much more potency to the build. I generally only use heavy machine guns for activities with very high add clear, and typically use it with an ignition build (with incandescent/burning ambition). You need to also have some sort of health regen built into the kit, especially for portal activities with Brawn. Consider what featured exotic armor can work into your build to amplify one aspect of your play. Even if its just to increase your damage resist, that can go a long way to build into some sort of sustain in higher level activities. I main Warlock, so I really cant give specifics for hunter builds, but there are some really good ones currently. Ascension/grapple being one that I see fairly often on my friends loadouts when we play.

2 AntwortenAgreed. One thing, it isn't the developer's fault entirely. They may be complacent because they need a paycheck. That being said the brunt of blame if not all is on management.

Just play PvP and you will level up quicker.

1 AntwortenSony is about to give the F to Bungo HQ. Meanwhile I’m working on getting my refund from the recent DLC trash 🤡

13 AntwortenWatch out! All the skill issue saying people will come out.

Dump the game 👍

2 AntwortenUh, pardon me brother where are your exotics on your characters? Do you think some of them could make some of the content a little easier?
-
19 AntwortenIf you really feel that way then take a break

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Golden: 10/16/2025 8:39:03 AMYes, to climb higher levels it requires you to play at higher level content. I recommend NOT to be running double primary, maybe that’s why you’re struggling.
-
You can't finish a mission, and it's somehow someone else's fault? Lmao, doing everything BUT getting better at the game.
-
2 AntwortenSomeone get vaariks here! This dude speaks fallen.

5 AntwortenIf you can't beat missions at 500 you don't deserve tier 5s
