Cross Save Season Pass not working

Not knowing cross save was a thing I started playing on my Steam account, on which I had bought the new DLC and the season pass. Then I switched to my xbox account with Cross Save, however the Season Pass did NOT move over with me. So what now?

    Hey there, the passes are tied to your Steam characters, they do not ever share to other character sets. As you made your XBox characters the Active ones in cross-save, the Steam characers are now dormant and took the passes with them. Bungie do have something you can do in case passes end up on the inactive set but it may depend on how much of the passes you actually used while playing on Steam. But give it a go anyway, please fill out the form on this page -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Explain what I said above, the passes are on a dormant account and you want them on your Active set.

    When you bought it and signed in, the pass was applied to your Steam account. When you activated cross-save and selected Xbox, your Steam account became dormant and so did the pass as a result. Its working as its supposed to - head to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]this page[/url] and use 'Submit Request' at the bottom. Explain what happened and they'll look at what they can do. In most cases its simply applying the pass to the active profile.
