question about everyone's favorite water gun: Outbreak Perfected
why do u ppl like it so much huh?
I think its mid AT BEST, so what's the big deal with that water gun?

In PvP, due to the weapons stat it can 2-burst. This becomes extremely consistent if the target has any nanites on them. It also has virtually 0 recoil even on console. It’s the best 450 pulse, and therefore works the best when 450 pulses are borderline broken. In PvE, it does very good DPS (especially for a primary weapon) and generates massive amounts of super energy. This makes it the most consistent DPS weapon for desert perpetual.

Using Outbreak is super easy, barely an inconvenience 😉 For me, it's extremely stable, does great damage to all levels of pve enemies & sounds excellent. And with the TecSec bonuses it hits even harder. Lots of super as well if doubling up on kinetic orbs. And the sights are very clean.
