Find the tiny ledge that's smaller than your feet! Watch out, don't stand there, you'll get tossed! Navigate this maze completely in the dark! If there's something about Destiny that really gets under my skin, it's the puzzle solving and the platforming; I don't play a looter shooter FPS for the puzzle solving and the platforming, I play it for the looting and the shooting. Sometimes I love Destiny 2, sometimes I feel like I picked the wrong game. There's a reason I don't do Pinnacle runs, or Dungeons, or Raids, even though that's, like, half the content in the game, and it's because I find the platforming and puzzle solving tedious. Find the ledge to shoot the thing to run to the area to collect the widget to open the door to stand in the circle to get knocked into oblivion and start all over again. I dunno, maybe I'm the wrong kind of player, I just don't find that stuff enjoyable. I don't like spending twenty minutes trying to find a ledge that's smaller than my feet.

    [quote]or Dungeons, or Raids, even though that's, like, half the content in the game, and it's because I find the platforming and puzzle solving tedious.[/quote] If you'd try you'd know that only a small minority of those activities make you need to jump a lot as platforming, same goes for "puzzles", raids teach you how the basics work from the first encounter, rarely do raids have that change (except examples like Verity) and dungeons are pretty straightforward in what to do if you just stop, breathe and try things you think would work. That ain't tedious. For example, on the last boss of Salvations Edge for the Witness all you gotta do is look at a random hand, stand in it's attack energy and shoot cuff, see the shape, go to a hand that corresponds and stand in it's attack long enough to get a debuff, go back to the hand you needed and shoot the cuff as soon as you step into it's attack energy (otherwise it'll overwrite your debuff), if you did it right the hand goes away and you go to middle to shoot the Witness' round plates on it, once y'all done enough it's dps phase
