He cant play, it says for hi. To talk to lord shaxx and lord shaxx has nothing. I have the quest where you have to get competitive placements, he does not. We went to quest archive, but its not there. We have scoured the internet for a solution but just cannot figure it out. Ill provide his details if need be. We need a fix as this is kinda breaking our experience.
