Strand Holster not working with Festival Flight GL
Strand Holster leg mod does not activate(reload) when runing the new Festival Flight GL.
Tested with 1 and also 2 mods equipped.

Initially they launched as weapon-type holsters, but they retained the following behaviour once they were changed to element. Hey there, while it doesn't say it on the mods, they do not work on Rocket Launchers or Breechloaded Grenade Launchers. This is an old design decision which goes back to when the mods were weapon-specific not element-specific. They didn't receive a holster mod back then, and do not work with today's versions.
