I spent 3 weeks straight, hours & hours re-running Cysts with a friend who was bugged out. If you can remember the Cysts where you didn't get the bones, you repeat those. The biggest culprits were Slayer & I forgot the other one... the Blights one I think. It's because each Cyst is 2 Cysts... with different pathing and assets. Something bugs out with that. Good luck.
