I used Rahool's novel decryption to unlock Wishful Ignorance since I don't believe I finished The Final Shapes legendary campaign on Titan to properly earn the exotic. Since then, I have not been able to use Rahool's precision focusing OR Ada-1s archetype focusing to obtain more copies as I'm told that I don't own the item in collections. Attached is an imgur link showing that I own the item, it is in my collections, but Rahool and Ada say otherwise
