Destabilizing Rounds do not grant Volatile Rounds
In the 9.0.0.1 Bungie stated that they have the bug when Volatile Rounds were granted by EVERY kill and now must follow the description. The description reads as follows:
[quote]Defeating a target creates a Void burst; hitting other targets with this burst makes them volatile and grants you Volatile Rounds for a short duration.[/quote]
This is not how this perk works, as shown in the clip.
I defeated a target. This created a Void burst. This Void burst hit two other targets and made them volatile, but didn't grant Volatile Rounds for the weapon.
Current activation of Volatile Rounds seems random.
